Winter Scenes ~ Snowy Landscapes

I took many photos on our snow days this past week.  Thought I would share some landscapes today, then feature others later.

Some of you live in areas that get tons of snow, but this is about as much as we get here in Mississippi!

I might add Scripture to one or more of these later.  If I do, which one of these do you like the best?

This one was a little underexposed, but is probably my favorite of the landscapes

Hi Sue, thank you for sharing these beautiful photos with us … I’d love that amount of snow, any snow in our backyard would be precious … number 3 please … with that little birdhouse safely held high, like how our Saviour holds us in His everlasting arms far above all harmful circumstances … shelters us from the ‘coldness’ of life xxx

LOVE the last picture!!!! There is something so precious about snow in unexpected places 🙂 Thanks so much for sharing these wonderful shots (I just happened to love snow …even if we have it on the ground for close to 5 months a year)

Thanks Heidi. I know you guys have been socked with the cold this year, because we have been talking with my stepdaughter and family from Wisconsin. I lived in Colorado 11 years. Never got tired of seeing the snow, but did grow weary of the cold and driving in blizzards!

The driving is a little tricky… but for most part people are used to it and take it easy … It warmed up today to 30 … but will plummet again over the weekend 😦

I just found your blog… very nice 🙂 I like photo #3. The depth in the photo is great 🙂 Where I live we get quite a bit of snow, which has its advantages and disadvantages 😉 Enjoy your snow it does make for good photos 🙂
