Give, Then Give More

Snippets of RainGive, then give more.

Give your all to Me
And don’t analyze the results.
Just give
and more will be given.

Step beyond yourself;
Step out over the cliff.
Be unafraid and unashamed in your giving.

Jump in.  All the way.

The righteous gives and does not spare.
Proverbs 21:26b

  1. I HAVE A VOICE

    This quote immediately came to mind

    “Give me all of you!!! I don’t want so much of your time, so much of your talents and money, and so much of your work. I want YOU!!! ALL OF YOU!! I have not come to torment or frustrate the natural man or woman, but to KILL IT! No half measures will do. I don’t want to only prune a branch here and a branch there; rather I want the whole tree out! Hand it over to me, the whole outfit, all of your desires, all of your wants and wishes and dreams. Turn them ALL over to me, give yourself to me and I will make of you a new self—in my image. Give me yourself and in exchange I will give you Myself. My will, shall become your will. My heart, shall become your heart.”

    Sue, my spirit loves the words you have shared here and my flesh rebels at the same time. The wisdom you have presented goes so well with my morning reading about the greatest commandment to love God with our all – our everything. May the Holy Spirit be allowed free reign in us. I need his help even to love our God as I should and desire.

    Blessings ~ Wendy

      Wendy, God gave me this one morning, but I am not there yet either. He has recently been working intensely on this issue of my heart. I need to obey in giving of myself and not analyze the results. Thanks.

    Loved this! We spend way too much time analyzing and not enough time doing. May we all give with abandon today and bless others the way we have been blessed by the Lord.
